Our Company's Appearance at Brazil's ENA 2025 Automation Forum

In October 2025, our team traveled to Minas Gerais, Brazil, to participate in the highly influential ENA 2025 Automation Forum. As the only Chinese exhibitor at the forum, we showcased a range of core industrial automation products. Over two days of in-depth engagement, we connected efficiently with local Brazilian companies, distributors, and system integrators, gathered genuine market feedback, and laid a more solid foundation for our continued presence in the Brazilian market.

Strategic Exhibit Selection: A Specialized Forum That Delivers Higher-Quality Industry Dialogue

ENA 2025 was held at the Minas Gerais Exhibition Center over two days, with each day running 12 hours, combining forum discussions with product exhibitions. More than 70 companies participated, with generally modest booth sizes — yet the venue was packed with industry professionals, fostering deep conversations and a level of engagement that clearly surpassed many large-scale trade shows.

This experience reinforced a key insight: when expanding into overseas markets, especially one as distant as Brazil, bigger is not always better when it comes to trade shows. Specialized forums that align with the local industry ecosystem and have a precise focus often yield more practical, effective market outcomes. Events like this carry strong local recognition and popularity in Brazil, and they allow us to quickly understand local market demands, partnership models, and industry practices.

Product Showcase and On-Site Exchange: Chinese Companies Draw Strong Attention

We brought a lineup of products to the forum, including FST inverters, Deflex servo products, Tsino industrial cables, and Shanzhu connectors. Despite the limited booth space, our stand attracted a constant flow of visitors — local mining companies, system integrators, and channel distributors came by to inquire and engage.

As the only Chinese exhibitor on the floor, we felt firsthand the strong interest and attention that local market players have toward Chinese industrial automation companies. Throughout the event, we held face-to-face discussions with numerous customers on product applications, technical features, and cooperation models. Several sample orders were placed on the spot, and preliminary partnership intentions were established with multiple quality distributors. We were also invited to share insights on the current state and practical experience of China's industrial automation industry, further deepening local industry understanding and recognition of Chinese manufacturing.

Heartfelt Thanks: The SercoS Team's Unwavering Support, and the Warmth of Brazil

The success of this Brazil trip would not have been possible without the comprehensive support of the SercoS team. From early-stage booth reservation and setup, to on-site reception and client introductions during the event, to full-time translation and coordination — the SercoS team delivered meticulous, professional, and highly efficient service, clearing many of the hurdles that come with exhibiting abroad.

Thanks to their wholehearted assistance, we were able to focus entirely on market engagement and business development, accomplishing all our exhibition goals effectively. Throughout our collaboration, we also genuinely experienced the sincerity, warmth, and friendliness of the Brazilian people, which has given us even greater confidence and motivation to invest in the Brazilian market for the long term.

Market Reflections and Future Outlook

Brazil may be far from China, but its market potential is immense. Through ENA 2025, we came to deeply appreciate that truly establishing a presence in an overseas market requires multi-dimensional participation in local industry activities, an understanding of local culture, and a close alignment with local needs — all pursued with a long-term, steady mindset.

Chinese industrial automation products hold significant competitive advantages in Brazil, and locally-focused professional forums like ENA represent a vital gateway for us to enter the market, connect with customers, and build trust. Going forward, we will continue to deepen our engagement in Brazil and broader South America with a pragmatic and steady approach — continuously refining our products and services, and working hand-in-hand with more partners through solutions tailored to local needs, to drive industry growth together.
